In today’s hectic and often stressful lifestyle we sometimes can forget to count our blessings and be thankful for what we have.
With such a high emphasis on Hollywood, Professional Athletes or famous musicians and their glamorous lifestyle, it is easy to focus on what we don’t have rather than focus on what we do have.
Many of us may wake up in the morning with the same mindset and thinking as we went to bed with the night before. If that is the case; its time for a quick and easy “pattern interrupt”.
From here on out, start each day with an attitude of gratitude and write down three things you are grateful for. Try not to write the same ones down from the previous day.
